The experience

A premium photo experience that pays you back in pipeline.

01

We draw the line

Studio lighting and a magazine-grade portrait team turn your booth into the must-visit stop. A line forms; dwell time climbs.

02

Every guest is a lead

Name, title, company, and email captured before the shutter clicks. Up to 80 guests an hour — every one a qualified, captured lead.

03

Branded gallery, for weeks

Guests revisit a custom-branded gallery to download their headshot — your brand in their inbox and on their LinkedIn long after the show.

Watch

See it in action.

A look inside the booth — the line out front, the studio lighting, and the moment each guest sees their headshot.

The work

Headshots worth lining up for.

Every guest leaves with a portrait they're proud to post — on LinkedIn, in press, on the wall. That image is how they'll remember your brand long after the show.

Heard at the booth

I'm here early just to make sure I beat the crowd!

I've never seen this at a conference!

It's been years since I've had a good headshot.

Questions

Everything you need to brief your team.

How does the lead capture work?

Before each portrait, guests enter their name, title, company, and email on the booth tablet. After the show you get a clean, export-ready lead list — every guest who sat down, not just the ones who happened to talk to your reps.

What do we need to provide?

Just space and power. A 6x10 ft footprint for one station (10x10 for two) and a standard outlet. We bring the studio lighting, backdrop, camera team, and the capture system. Wi-Fi helps but isn't required.

How many people can you photograph?

Up to 40 guests an hour at one station, and up to 80 with two — a steady, photographed line that keeps your booth the busiest stop on the floor.

What is included — any hidden costs?

Pricing is all-in across the US and Canada: travel, lodging, the portrait team, lighting, and the digital gallery. No day-of upsells. What you see on the pricing table is what you pay.

When do guests get their headshots?

Within a few days, each guest revisits a custom-branded gallery to download their portrait — putting your brand back in their inbox and on their LinkedIn well after the show ends.

How far ahead should we book?

Popular show dates fill quickly, so 4-8 weeks of lead time is ideal — but reach out anytime and we'll tell you straight whether your date is open.

Your next show could be your busiest booth yet.
